Your responsibilities as a Team Lead Technology (f/m/d)
- Lead and mentor a team of nearshoring software developers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the onshore and nearshore teams.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, status updates, and training sessions.
- Coaching and mentoring of the development team, incl. architectural guidance and code reviews.
- Oversee software development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, working closely with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or challenges.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the nearshore office, ensuring a well-functioning and safe workplace – supported by local office assistance.
- Oversee facilities management, including procurement of equipment, supplies, and services.
- Facilitate clear communication between onshore stakeholders and the nearshore team.
What sets you apart as a Team Lead Technology (f/m/d)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, ideally 3+ years in leadership roles (disciplinary or architecturally).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies(Scrum, Safe), DevOps practices, CI/CD and modern software development tools.
- Ideally solid Cloud Infrastructure Know-How (MS Azure)
- Interest to gain experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a multinational setup.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with local labor laws, compliance standards, and workplace safety regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Fluent in English and local Language, German skills is a plus
- Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High adaptability to changing priorities and environments.

About the process of getting to know each other:
We would like to get to know you comprehensively and therefore 2 to 3 introductory meetings with your future colleagues will take place. For these meetings we use telephone and video conferences and can thus guarantee a swift process. At least one of these meetings will usually take place at our office.
