Who we are and what we do

SupplyOn is the digital infrastructure for globally connected industries.
For more than 25 years, our platform has managed complex supply chains, connecting over 70 percent of the world’s leading industrial companies and ensuring that everything is in the right place at the right time.
Our shareholders are Bosch, AUMOVIO, Schaeffler, and ZF.
We drive digital transformation where it truly matters: in the real network. Technologically strong. Internationally connected.

Our SupplyOn team, made up of many talented individuals, is growing with new challenges, employees, and development opportunities. To drive innovation and digitalization forward together, we are looking for a Support Engineer (f/m/d) to join us immediately in our Budapest office - Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

Together, we want to make a real impact. Do you? Then we look forward to welcoming you as part of our team!

What you will do

As a Support Engineer, you take over pre-qualified tickets from first-level support and act as the expert for in-depth analysis and sustainable problem resolution.
You ensure the stability of our applications, quickly identify root causes, and use your technical expertise to provide a smooth and reliable user experience for our customers.

  • You analyze, prioritize, and resolve tickets handed over by L1 support
  • You take full ownership of incidents and drive them to resolution across team and system boundaries
  • You perform technical investigations, evaluate logs, interfaces, and system messages, and collaborate closely with development and other cross-functional teams when deeper intervention is required
  • You proactively identify system weaknesses and improvement opportunities to enhance stability and performance
  • You identify recurring issues and develop long-term solutions or temporary workarounds
  • You document your findings in a clear, practical, and understandable way
  • You use tools such as Dynatrace, OpsGenie, or ELK for troubleshooting and system monitoring
  • You actively leverage AI tools, LLMs, and automation to accelerate analysis and improve support processes, and drive the adoption of these technologies within the team

What you should bring

  • You are passionate about technology, whether through formal education, vocational training, or self-taught experience
  • You enjoy getting to the root of complex problems and finding well-thought-out, sustainable solutions
  • You understand how applications interact, from APIs and interfaces to middleware
  • You are able to use SQL, logging tools, and monitoring systems effectively to identify root causes
  • You are enthusiastic about AI, LLMs, and automation and enjoy experimenting with new tools and approaches
  • You are communicative, team-oriented, and able to explain complex topics in a clear and accessible way
  • You are fluent in English; German skills are a plus, but not required

How we work

  • A fantastic, motivated team eager to shape the future of AI with you.
  • A working environment with a high degree of autonomy and creative freedom.
  • Flexible working hours? We are happy to support that!
  • Personal and professional development is very important to us and we strongly encourage it. You can find out more about our development prospects and benefits on our career pages.
  • As an employer, you can expect clear leadership values, special leadership training and learning units from us.

Our environment is dynamic, our mindset clear: we think in impact, not in hierarchies.
We work across disciplines, continuously evolving our solutions together, and taking responsibility for what we do.
What unites us is the drive to make a difference. That’s why we create space – for independent work, new ideas, and both professional and personal growth.
At SupplyOn, development isn’t just possible – it’s part of who we are. Shaping and changing things is part of our everyday work.
You’re eager to contribute, think along, and co-create? Then SupplyOn is the right place for you.

What you can expect from us

At SupplyOn, you actively shape the company and bring your ideas to life. We offer development opportunities – within your team, through new roles, or across projects.
Our collaboration is built on trust, high professional standards, and mutual support. You’ll work with people who communicate openly, listen, and strive to get better together.
We provide guidance while giving you the freedom to find your own path.
What matters to us is what you bring – and what we create together.

Curious? Let’s Talk.

We believe that good collaboration starts with genuine dialogue.
That’s why we’ve designed our selection process so both sides can find out whether it’s the right fit – professionally and personally.
We usually get back to you within a few days.
Our process consists of three interviews – fair, transparent, and on equal footing. At least one is via video, two are usually in person.
This way, you’ll get to know not only us but also how we work on site.
Our process consists of three clearly structured interviews:

Initial Introduction (remote, approx. 30 minutes)
You’ll speak with our recruiting team. We’ll clarify initial questions, discuss expectations, and check whether our values and way of working align with your profile.

Technical Interview with Your Potential Manager
Here we go deeper. We want to understand how you work, what experience you bring, and how you tackle challenges. You’ll also gain insight into how we lead, make decisions, and collaborate.

Personal Meeting with the Team – Ideally On Site
You’ll meet colleagues you may work with in the future. It’s important to us that you get your own impression of our work environment, culture, and processes.

We conduct all interviews as equals – open, honest, and respectful.
You’ll have the space you need to ask questions and make a well-informed decision – just as we do.
