Your responsibilities as a Senior AI Developer (f/m/d)

  • Independently design, develop, and maintain AI-powered cloud applications using MS Azure and .NET technologies
  • Implement intelligent services, APIs, and microservices, including integration with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI solutions
  • Build scalable architectures using services such as Azure ML, Azure Functions, App Services, and Azure DevOps
  • Prototype with cutting-edge tools and frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI services, or open-source alternatives
  • Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions
  • Ensure high software quality through code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration
  • Mentor and support fellow developers and data scientists within your team
  • Take ownership in continuously improving development workflows and introducing new technologies

What sets you apart as a Senior AI Developer (f/m/d)

  • Several years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI and cloud-based systems
  • Deep knowledge of C# / .NET as well as Python for data and ML tasks
  • Experience with Azure services, particularly Azure Machine Learning, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, CosmosDB
  • Proficiency in integrating and working with AI models, APIs and frameworks (e.g. Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
  • Solid understanding of both relational and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and DevOps best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of self-initiative
  • Passion for innovation and an openness to explore emerging technologies
  • High quality awareness and excellent English skills

First interview (30 minutes): Together with our recruiting team, we clarify initial questions, talk about expectations and check whether we are a good cultural fit.
Two further interviews: Here you will get to know your potential manager and future team colleagues. At least one of these interviews will take place on site so that you can get a first-hand impression of our working environment and our teams.
