In order to be able to drive new initiatives together, we are looking for a Product Manager Sustainability Solutions (m/f/d) with a focus on Climate Action to join our team with immediate effect.

Your responsibilities as Product Manager Sustainability Solutions (m/f/d)

As Product Manager Sustainability Solutions (m/f/d) with focus on Climate Action, you will ensure that SupplyOn solutions help our customers make their supply chain more sustainable.
  • You are responsible for the strategic development of the SupplyOn product portfolio towards sustainability aspects and decarbonization.
  • You develop a holistic vision of how SupplyOn can best support our customers' sustainability goals in their supply chain in the years to come.
  • You ensure that sustainability requirements are embedded as integral components in all relevant SupplyOn solutions.
  • You develop new product concepts, e.g. for carbon tracking in the supply chain, coordinate these with our lead customers in expert groups and management councils and coordinate the implementation with the internal product teams.
  • You drive internal knowledge build-up, obtain external expertise and assist as a subject matter expert in customer meetings.
  • You build partnerships with external partners and represent SupplyOn in the relevant Catena-X working groups.

What makes you stand out as Product Manager Sustainability Solutions (m/f/d)

  • You enjoy using modern technologies (Big Data, Artificial Intelligence) to solve complex customer problems in a smart way.
  • You have basic experience with agile product development (customer journeys, user stories, etc.) and project management.
  • You manage to respond to customer needs and still confidently represent your position at both functional and management level.
  • You can structure multi-layered and complex requirements through methodical approaches.
  • You enjoy dealing with customers and colleagues as much as solving technical problems.
  • You are enthusiastic about sustainability issues and ideally have (initial) experience in this field.
  • You know the basic processes of supply chain management (purchasing & logistics).
  • You are fluent in German and English.

How we get to know each other:
We would like to get to know you comprehensively and therefore 2 to 3 introductory meetings with your future colleagues will take place. For these meetings we use telephone and video conferences and can thus guarantee a speedy process. At least one of these interviews will usually take place on site in our office.
