What you will do

As a Product Expert in the PD&A product area, you act as the interface between Product Management and our agile development teams.

You support the maintenance, further development, and expansion of our SaaS solutions in Manufacturing Visibility, focusing on Demand & Capacity Management.
You create user journeys, mockups, and solution concepts together with our UX engineers and refine them within features and user stories.
You proactively identify opportunities for improvement regarding the use and design of our Software-as-a-Service solutions.
You advise your colleagues and customers on the applications you oversee, including their product features and configuration options.
You moderate user interviews and organize expert groups to gain better insights.
You enhance our documentation, write how-to guides, and support the testing and rollout of new features.
You are open to new technologies (e.g. AI) and their integration into our products.

What you should bring

You have successfully completed a technical or business-related degree or possess equivalent qualifications.
Ideally, you have initial experience in software development within an agile environment, particularly in requirements engineering.
You can develop in-depth product knowledge and effectively share it with colleagues and customers.
You are highly self-motivated and eager to explore new technologies and evaluate their potential to enhance customer value.
You have experience working with databases and are proficient in SQL.
You have a technical mindset and can understand software functionalities, technical concepts, and underlying technologies.
Ideally, you have experience in application integration via interfaces and APIs (e.g. REST, SOAP).
Knowledge of supply chain processes in manufacturing or transportation industries is a plus.
You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills, as well as outstanding communication skills.
You are fluent in English, spoken and written.

Our process consists of three interviews – fair, transparent, and on equal footing. At least one is via video, two are usually in person.

Our process consists of three clearly structured interviews:

Initial Introduction (remote, approx. 30 minutes)
You’ll speak with our recruiting team. We’ll clarify initial questions, discuss expectations, and check whether our values and way of working align with your profile.

Technical Interview with Your Potential Manager
Here we go deeper. We want to understand how you work, what experience you bring, and how you tackle challenges. You’ll also gain insight into how we lead, make decisions, and collaborate.

Personal Meeting with the Team – Ideally On Site
You’ll meet colleagues you may work with in the future. It’s important to us that you get your own impression of our work environment, culture, and processes.

We conduct all interviews as equals – open, honest, and respectful.
