Your responsibilities as a Lead Developer (f/m/d)

  • Lead and manage the development team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
  • Architect, design, and develop complex cloud-based applications using MS Azure, C#, and .NET
  • Define technical strategies, frameworks, and best practices for full-stack development, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders (e.g., product managers, architects, and business teams) to align technical solutions with business requirements
  • Drive the implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous deployment
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, mentoring team members, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance and expertise to the team
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and tools, ensuring their effective implementation when relevant
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing across the team

What sets you apart as a Lead Developer (f/m/d)

  • Extensive experience in software development, with a strong focus on MS Azure, C#, and .NET
  • Proven track record in leading development teams or projects, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
  • Deep understanding of cloud architectures and Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service)
  • Expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, including C#, .NET, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js)
  • Strong experience with microservices architecture, API design, and integration with cloud services
  • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, CosmosDB) and experience with data-driven solutions
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a high level of technical acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent in English

First interview (30 minutes): Together with our recruiting team, we clarify initial questions, talk about expectations and check whether we are a good cultural fit.
Two further interviews: Here you will get to know your potential manager and future team colleagues. At least one of these interviews will take place on site so that you can get a first-hand impression of our working environment and our teams.
