Who we are and what we do
SupplyOn is the digital infrastructure for globally connected industries.
For more than 25 years, our platform has managed complex supply chains, connecting over 70 percent of the world’s leading industrial companies and ensuring that everything is in the right place at the right time.
We drive digital transformation where it truly matters: in the real network. Technologically strong. Internationally connected.
Our SupplyOn team, made up of many talented individuals, is growing with new challenges, employees, and development opportunities. To drive innovation and digitalization forward together, we are looking for a Junior Scrum Master (f/m/d) to join us immediately in our Budapest office - Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)
Together, we want to make a real impact. Do you? Then we look forward to welcoming you as part of our team!
What you will do
As a Junior Scrum Master, you will support development teams composed of individuals from several cultural backgrounds, including external partners and internal product roles. While we are structured according to the SAFe framework, our teams are on their journey toward full agility and responsibility for their applications. You will contribute to this transition with guidance from experienced colleagues.
- Support one or more agile development teams within our SAFe Agile Release Train.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives under guidance.
- Encourage a culture of feedback, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Assist Product Owners in maintaining and refining the team backlog.
- Help identify and communicate team-level impediments to experienced Scrum Masters or management for resolution.
- Observe team workflows and tools, proposing small improvements or simplifications.
- Promote self-organization and intercultural collaboration within multinational teams.
- Collaborate closely with other Scrum Masters to align agile practices across the Agile Release Train.
What you should bring
- Some hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role (e.g. through internships, working student roles, or 1-2 years of professional experience).
- Basic understanding of agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Motivation to learn and grow into a broader coaching role over time.
- Willingness to develop facilitation and coaching skills under guidance.
- Interest in the software development lifecycle and team collaboration tools.
- Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a pragmatic attitude toward change.
- Fluency in English & Hungarian (German is a plus).
How we work
- A modern working environment with a high degree of autonomy and creative freedom
- Close collaboration within agile and cross-functional teams
- Strong focus on personal and professional development
- Clear leadership principles, dedicated learning formats, and continuous growth opportunities
- A culture that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Our environment is dynamic, our mindset clear: we think in impact, not in hierarchies.
We work across disciplines, continuously evolving our solutions together, and taking responsibility for what we do.
What unites us is the drive to make a difference. That’s why we create space – for independent work, new ideas, and both professional and personal growth.
At SupplyOn, development isn’t just possible – it’s part of who we are. Shaping and changing things is part of our everyday work.
You’re eager to contribute, think along, and co-create? Then SupplyOn is the right place for you.
What you can expect from us
At SupplyOn, you actively shape the company and bring your ideas to life. We offer development opportunities – within your team, through new roles, or across projects.
Our collaboration is built on trust, high professional standards, and mutual support. You’ll work with people who communicate openly, listen, and strive to get better together.
We provide guidance while giving you the freedom to find your own path.
What matters to us is what you bring – and what we create together.
Curious? Let’s Talk.
We believe that good collaboration starts with genuine dialogue.
That’s why we’ve designed our selection process so both sides can find out whether it’s the right fit – professionally and personally.
We usually get back to you within a few days.
Our process consists of three interviews – fair, transparent, and on equal footing. At least one is via video, two are usually in person.
This way, you’ll get to know not only us but also how we work on site.
Our process consists of three clearly structured interviews:
Initial Introduction (remote, approx. 30 minutes)
You’ll speak with our recruiting team. We’ll clarify initial questions, discuss expectations, and check whether our values and way of working align with your profile.
Technical Interview with Your Potential Manager
Here we go deeper. We want to understand how you work, what experience you bring, and how you tackle challenges. You’ll also gain insight into how we lead, make decisions, and collaborate.
Personal Meeting with the Team – Ideally On Site
You’ll meet colleagues you may work with in the future. It’s important to us that you get your own impression of our work environment, culture, and processes.
We conduct all interviews as equals – open, honest, and respectful.
You’ll have the space you need to ask questions and make a well-informed decision – just as we do.
