Your responsibilities as Junior Key Account Manager / Customer Operations Manager Aerospace (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager / Customer Operations Manager Aerospace (m/f/d) to join our team. You will be responsible for maximize the value for customers and SupplyOn through solutions adoption and use by ensuring that the customers deploy and use all of the services under contract, as well as supporting upselling initiatives.
  • Responsible for retention of the revenue associated with customers within the portfolio; effective positioning of the specific SupplyOn solution value proposition.
  • Support the definition and execution of a targeted commercial plan to support key business goals and milestones (opportunity management, presales, solution deployment, connects, usage, and revenue).
  • Responsible for the daily management of assigned accounts, including support execution of the account development strategies, customer roadmap and expansion plans to ensure profitable growth.
  • Support and execute accounts development reviews to support customers to develop a customer roadmap and assists in maximizing solutions and usage.
  • Orchestrate operational issue management and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Cross functional collaboration with Consulting, Product Management, Operations, and Finance to support all assigned accounts.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and usage goals including solution adoption, usage, connects, and revenue growth.

What makes you stand out as Junior Key Account Manager / Customer Operations Manager Aerospace (m/f/d)

  • Successfully completed business or information science
  • Very good knowledge in the area of supply chain management, especially in processes such as supplier logistics and quality, strategic purchasing and procurement
  • At least two to four years of professional experience as an account manager / customer success manager / consultant in an IT / supply chain and/or consulting
  • Experience in the aerospace industry and/or discrete manufacturing
  • Knowledge in project management and affinity with current technology and IT topics
  • Business fluent German and very good English, additional knowledge of French
