Your role as IT Product & Support Expert (f/m/d)

As an IT Product & Support Expert, you will play a key role in product development and serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (customers, consulting, development teams) on technically demanding topics. You take ownership of complex requests and incidents, provide guidance to colleagues and customers, and actively shape the quality and reliability of our SaaS services.

  • Act as a recognized technical expert for our SaaS solutions in one of the above-mentioned areas.
  • Take ownership in analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents, service requests, and problem tickets while driving sustainable solutions together with the development team.
  • Proactively monitor systems with tools such as Dynatrace, OpsGenie, or ELK; identify issues early, continuously optimize monitoring, and ensure application and system availability according to service levels.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (first-level, product management, development, consulting, and sales); act as a trusted advisor for internal teams and customers regarding applications, product features, and configuration options.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers, consulting and development teams on integration and migration projects in the context of our services.
  • Contribute to improving our documentation, create how-to guides, and play an active role in acceptance testing and rollout of new features.
  • Leverage AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents to optimize development and support processes.

What you bring as IT Product & Support Expert (f/m/d)

  • A degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
  • Solid technical knowledge of interfaces, APIs (REST/SOAP), and ideally middleware systems.
  • Strong IT affinity with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical contexts, systems, software, and technologies.
  • Practical experience with SQL, including writing queries, analyzing data, and using results for troubleshooting.
  • Initial experience with artificial intelligence, LLMs, and AI agents.
  • Professional background in agile software development and/or in the support and operation of applications.
  • A customer-focused mindset and proven ability to work confidently with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey technically complex topics clearly and effectively to different audiences (customers, consultants, developers) in English, both written and spoken; German is beneficial but not a must.

Let's get to know each other!
We focus on real dialogue! We want to get to know you as a person and understand what is important to you. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to put us to the test.

Our introductory process consists of three interviews:
First interview (30 minutes): Together with our recruiting team, we clarify initial questions, talk about expectations and check whether we are a good cultural fit.
Two further interviews: Here you will get to know your potential manager and future team colleagues. At least one of these interviews will take place on site so that you can get a first-hand impression of our working environment and our teams.

All our interviews are conducted on an equal footing. We want you to feel comfortable and have enough time to ask questions.
We look forward to meeting you! What questions do you have?
