What you will do
- End-to-End Sales: You take full responsibility for your enterprise sales cycle — from first contact to closing — and help actively drive our growth in the EU market.
- Impactful Sales: You lead complex multi-stakeholder deals across procurement, supply chain, IT, and C-Level, closing contracts in the €200k–€1M ARR range with measurable business value.
- Strong Value Proposition: With more than 140,000 active suppliers and over 200 customers including Bosch, ZF, Airbus, and Siemens, you sell a trusted platform that can deliver up to 20 % supply-chain cost reduction within 12 months.
- AI as a Sales Booster: You use AI strategically to increase your sales effectiveness — from intelligent research and personalized pitches to higher close rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with SDRs, marketing, presales, and solution consulting to design tailored campaigns, demos, and executive business cases for your accounts.
- Growth Path: A clear career path opens opportunities for advancement into more senior sales roles and long-term growth.
What you should bring
- Successful track record of at least 5 years in enterprise SaaS sales with consistent achievement of revenue targets > €1M ARR.
- Experience closing large, multi-stakeholder deals of €200k+ ARR.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial sectors — or the ability to quickly learn new industries.
- Ability to engage and influence C-Level executives with business insight.
- A proactive “hunter” mindset with experience building long-term strategic customer relationships.
- Fluent in German and English

Our environment is dynamic, our mindset clear: we think in impact, not in hierarchies.
We work across disciplines, continuously evolving our solutions together, and taking responsibility for what we do.
What unites us is the drive to make a difference. That’s why we create space – for independent work, new ideas, and both professional and personal growth.
At SupplyOn, development isn’t just possible – it’s part of who we are. Shaping and changing things is part of our everyday work.

What you can expect from us
At SupplyOn, you actively shape the company and bring your ideas to life. We offer development opportunities – within your team, through new roles, or across projects.
Our collaboration is built on trust, high professional standards, and mutual support. You’ll work with people who communicate openly, listen, and strive to get better together.
We provide guidance while giving you the freedom to find your own path.
What matters to us is what you bring – and what we create together.
Curious? Let’s Talk.
We believe that good collaboration starts with genuine dialogue.
That’s why we’ve designed our selection process so both sides can find out whether it’s the right fit – professionally and personally.
We usually get back to you within a few days.
Our process consists of three interviews – fair, transparent, and on equal footing. At least one is via video, two are usually in person.
This way, you’ll get to know not only us but also how we work on site.
Our process consists of three clearly structured interviews:
Initial Introduction (remote, approx. 30 minutes)
You’ll speak with our recruiting team. We’ll clarify initial questions, discuss expectations, and check whether our values and way of working align with your profile.
Technical Interview with Your Potential Manager
Here we go deeper. We want to understand how you work, what experience you bring, and how you tackle challenges. You’ll also gain insight into how we lead, make decisions, and collaborate.
Personal Meeting with the Team – Ideally On Site
You’ll meet colleagues you may work with in the future. It’s important to us that you get your own impression of our work environment, culture, and processes.
We conduct all interviews as equals – open, honest, and respectful.
You’ll have the space you need to ask questions and make a well-informed decision – just as we do.
