Who we are and what we do

SupplyOn is the digital infrastructure for globally connected industries.
For more than 25 years, our platform has managed complex supply chains, connecting over 70 percent of the world’s leading industrial companies and ensuring that everything is in the right place at the right time.
Our shareholders are Bosch, AUMOVIO, Schaeffler, and ZF.
We drive digital transformation where it truly matters: in the real network. Technologically strong. Internationally connected.

We’re designing an AI landscape for intelligent, autonomous systems that support real-world business processes at scale. From semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to context-aware agents and multi-agent orchestration — you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how AI transforms enterprise software.

To drive this mission, we’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer (f/m/d) who combines AI vision with hands-on prototyping. You’ll work from our Budapest office - Hybrid (3 days/week onsite) and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of engineers, researchers, and product strategists.

What you will do

  • Execute, support and manage deployments of a large software stack across productive and staging environments
  • Operate, maintain, and improve existing CI/CD pipelines to ensure stable and efficient software delivery
  • Maintain IT infrastructure on productive and non-productive landscapes
  • Support development teams with infrastructure- and deployment-related questions
  • Contribute to the daily operations of the platform together with DevOps engineers and operations team
  • Perform support-specific technical tasks such as incident analysis, log review, and troubleshooting
  • Help ensure reliability, availability, and performance of application and infrastructure components

What you should bring

  • Solid hands-on experience with deployment and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitOps-based workflows)
  • Experience in IT operations and infrastructure maintenance in an enterprise scale environment
  • Practical experience working with Kubernetes platforms; experience with OpenShift is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with JBoss EAP application servers and Spring Boot applications
  • Basic understanding of operating productive enterprise systems and environments
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, especially for troubleshooting and incident analysis
  • Willingness to collaborate closely with development and operations teams and continuously grow DevOps skills

How we work

  • A fantastic, motivated team eager to shape the future of AI with you.
  • A working environment with a high degree of autonomy and creative freedom.
  • Flexible working hours? We are happy to support that!
  • Personal and professional development is very important to us and we strongly encourage it. You can find out more about our development prospects and benefits on our career pages.
  • As an employer, you can expect clear leadership values, special leadership training and learning units from us.

Our environment is dynamic, our mindset clear: we think in impact, not in hierarchies.
We work across disciplines, continuously evolving our solutions together, and taking responsibility for what we do.
What unites us is the drive to make a difference. That’s why we create space – for independent work, new ideas, and both professional and personal growth.
At SupplyOn, development isn’t just possible – it’s part of who we are. Shaping and changing things is part of our everyday work.
You’re eager to contribute, think along, and co-create? Then SupplyOn is the right place for you.

What you can expect from us

At SupplyOn, you actively shape the company and bring your ideas to life. We offer development opportunities – within your team, through new roles, or across projects.
Our collaboration is built on trust, high professional standards, and mutual support. You’ll work with people who communicate openly, listen, and strive to get better together.
We provide guidance while giving you the freedom to find your own path.
What matters to us is what you bring – and what we create together.

Curious? Let’s Talk.

We believe that good collaboration starts with genuine dialogue.
That’s why we’ve designed our selection process so both sides can find out whether it’s the right fit – professionally and personally.
We usually get back to you within a few days.
Our process consists of three interviews – fair, transparent, and on equal footing. At least one is via video, two are usually in person.
This way, you’ll get to know not only us but also how we work on site.
Our process consists of three clearly structured interviews:

Initial Introduction (remote, approx. 30 minutes)
You’ll speak with our recruiting team. We’ll clarify initial questions, discuss expectations, and check whether our values and way of working align with your profile.

Technical Interview with Your Potential Manager
Here we go deeper. We want to understand how you work, what experience you bring, and how you tackle challenges. You’ll also gain insight into how we lead, make decisions, and collaborate.

Personal Meeting with the Team – Ideally On Site
You’ll meet colleagues you may work with in the future. It’s important to us that you get your own impression of our work environment, culture, and processes.

We conduct all interviews as equals – open, honest, and respectful.
You’ll have the space you need to ask questions and make a well-informed decision – just as we do.
