Your responsibilities as an Agile Coach (f/m/d)

As an Agile Coach, you will take on dual responsibility: acting as Scrum Master for some of our development teams while also supporting agile maturity and process improvement across team boundaries. You will work hands-on with teams while contributing to the broader agile evolution of our organization.
  • Act as Scrum Master for several of our agile development teams in our SAFe Agile Release Train.
  • Coach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in agile principles and frameworks.
  • Reflect on internal workflows and their implementation in tools, and help improve or simplify them where possible.
  • Promote self-organization and intercultural collaboration in multinational teams.
  • Identify and remove team-level and cross-team impediments.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and departments to harmonize agile practices across the Agile Release Train.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a culture of feedback, ownership, and continuous improvement.

What sets you apart as an Agile Coach (f/m/d)

  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar agile role.
  • Practical experience in a scaled agile environment is essential (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
  • Coaching mindset with the ability to switch between team facilitation, mentoring, and systemic thinking.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills; experience in navigating different cultural contexts.
  • Pragmatic, empathetic approach to change - able to meet people where they are and help them grow.
  • Fluency in English (German a plus).

Let's get to know each other!
We focus on real dialogue! We want to get to know you as a person and understand what is important to you. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to put us to the test.

Our introductory process consists of three interviews:
First interview (30 minutes): Together with our recruiting team, we clarify initial questions, talk about expectations and check whether we are a good cultural fit.
Two further interviews: Here you will get to know your potential manager and future team colleagues. At least one of these interviews will take place on site so that you can get a first-hand impression of our working environment and our teams.

All our interviews are conducted on an equal footing. We want you to feel comfortable and have enough time to ask questions.
We look forward to meeting you! What questions do you have?
